The aforementioned fees are typical in most cases; however, prices may vary depending on the simplicity or complexity of the assignment. As time is typically of the essence in today's market, our normal turnaround time for residential appraisals is 2-4 business days form the date of inspection and 3-7 business days from the date of inspection for commercial properties.
